They say it is to prevent people selling an item for 1 penny and shipping 1 but since few do that, all about their profits. This is a nice calypso j Aqua-lung regulator by us divers 3000 psi. Check shipping before you bid because there are many software bugs that incorrectly include the wrong rate and or offer free.

It comes with air pressure gauge and depth valve. I hooked it up to one of my tanks and both the regulator pressure gauge worked fine, but clouded.

These are solid units and usually can be rebuilt. As you can see the gauges have water in them.
